GILLESPIE, DONALD, CASH, WALLACE, FEAZELL and HASH Family Histories

Children of George GILLESPIE and Mary MOORE

George GILLESPIE died intestate in 1803 and in the settlement of his estate 12 children are listed, 5 sons and 7 daughters. He had two wives, both named Mary, but given that he married his second wife in 1785, it is believe that his first wife is the mother of all 12 children. I have never found any information that says that his first wife's surname was MOORE, but it is widely believed that since two children have MOORE as their middle name, that it was their mother's maiden name.
