As far as I know, Sarah and Robert had no children.
They lived in Botetourt and Rockbridge County
They lived in Natural Bridge in the 1910 census, and living with them is a Gracie Nuckels, age 10, who is listed as an adopted daughter. She is not listed in the 1920 census.
Sarah's brother, William, married Sarah Ann HINTY, who was the sister of Robert Newton HINTY.
Sarah's sister, Mary, married Thomas Harvey HINTY, who was the brother of Robert Newton HINTY.
I have been able to piece together a lot of the DONALD and LYLE family tree from a book published in 1912 about the LYLE's in early Virginia.
